Terms and Conditions for Bleaberry Lodge, Comb Beck  and Lanefoot Loft

Terms and Conditions for Bleaberry Lodge, Comb Beck and Lanefoot Loft.  Thank you for choosing to book.  We look forward to welcoming you.  When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

PRICES:

Bleaberry Lodge
The price of the accommodation includes:
– all your electricity and gas, and a quantity of logs for the wood burner
– all your bed linen (beds will be made prior to your arrival)
– personal towels, bath mat and T towels

Comb Beck
The price of the accommodation includes:
– all your electricity and gas, and a quantity of logs for the wood burner
– all your bed linen (beds will be made prior to your arrival)
– personal towels, bath mats and T towels

Lanefoot Loft
The price of the accommodation includes:
– all your electricity and gas
– all your bed linen (beds will be made prior to your arrival)
– personal towels, bath mat and T towel

PETS:

We do allow dogs at Bleaberry Lodge and Comb Beck, and there is no addtional charge for them, but we do ask that you let us know if you are bringing a dog(s), at the time of booking.
And also, that you tidy up after them; ie: hoover up excess dog hair inside, and clear up any dog mess outside. Thank you.

We do not allow dogs in Lanefoot Loft.
Sorry.

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE:

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, (minus a 20% administration fee).
Please note that YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION:

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

ARRIVAL:

Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. PLEASE TRY NOT TO ARRIVE EARLIER – as we will still be busy preparing your accommodation, and will not be available to welcome you.

DEPARTURE:

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
We do ask that you leave the accommodation ‘as you found it’.
Please be aware that we clean the accommodation ourselves, and that during busy times we only have the 6 hours between lets in which to ready the accommodation for our next guests.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:

PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH OUR PROPERTIES
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. PLEASE REPORT THESE AS SOON AS THEY OCCUR. During busy times we only have 6 hours to make the accommodation ready for our next guests, and we do not have any time to go shopping or paint walls!
We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but WE MAY SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR REPAIR OR MAKING GOOD IF THE DAMAGE IS SIGNIFICANT.

LIABILITY:

We DO NOT accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, which may occur in the duration of your stay.

DATA:

Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on file, for use only by ourselves.

PAYMENT DETAILS/DEPOSIT:

We require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the first night and 5% of subsequent nights.

We will charge this to your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. THE BALANCE MUST THEN BE PAID AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE HOLIDAY. For holidays which are to take place WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF MAKING THE BOOKING, THE FULL BALANCE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

 

 

Terms and Conditions for our camping Pods, The Shepherds’ Hut and our Vintage Caravan

Thank you for choosing to book. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

PRICE:

The price of the accommodation includes:

– the hire of the camping Pod / The Shepherds’ Hut / Vintage Caravan

– use of electricity in the camping Pod / The Shepherds’ Hut / Vintage Caravan

– use of our campsite facilities (showers, toilets and washing up sinks)

PETS:

Dogs are welcome to stay with you in either our camping Pods or The Shepherds’ Hut.  We do not charge extra for dogs, but they must NOT be left alone inside either the camping Pods or The Shepherds’ Hut.

Dogs MUST be KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES whilst on site.

We regret that dogs are NOT permitted in our Vintage Caravan.  Sorry.

Terms and Conditions for Lanefoot Farm Campsite

Thank you for choosing to book your stay at Lanefoot Farm Campsite. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

PRICES:

The price per pitch includes the following:
A grass, or hard standing, pitch with an electric hook up, and 2 adults.
The following are extra:
Additional adults @ £9.25/£10.25 per night
Additional children @ £5.00 per night

PETS:

Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement at no additional cost.
They MUST be KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE:

DEPARTURE:

Please be ready to leave your pitch by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please try to leave the pitch as tidy as possible.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:

Please take care with our properties.  You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause on the site.  Please report any damages as soon as they occur.  We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

LIABILITY:

We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, or any vehicles or possessions, whilst you are staying on site.

DATA:

Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer, and used solely by ourselves.
